SOFTWARE purchases are not
refundable. All sales are final. Lifestyles Technologies, Inc. and its
supplier’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Lifestyles
Technologies, Inc.'s option, to repair or replace the SOFTWARE or hardware that
does not meet Lifestyles Technologies, Inc.'s Limited Warranty. This warranty
is void if failure of the SOFTWARE or hardware has resulted from accident,
abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement SOFTWARE or hardware will be
warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty days,
whichever is longer.
If you do not agree with these terms
and conditions, do not purchase or activate the software, if you purchase has
already been processed, and promptly return this package to the place from which
you obtained it for a full refund. Special terms and conditions may apply
depending on SOFTWARE product type. If the SOFTWARE license has found to be
activated or used in any way, you forfeit your right to receive a refund.

Technologies is not responsible for any additional customs fees, tariffs or
taxes arising from processing and acceptance into foreign countries outside of
the United
States.
RETURNS. All returns must include
an RMA number (Return Materials Authorization). To obtain an RMA number please
call our offices and speak to a customer service representative. Additional
instructions will be provided. Any materials received without an RMA number will
be either returned to sender. All international returns without an RMA number
will be discarded.
